My intent is to help my clients achieve and maintain increased wellness.

Our bodies have a tremendous potential to heal themselves. Massage can assist this process by either removing barriers, i.e. the effects of stress, or enhancing the bodies’ natural defenses, i.e. stimulating the immune system.

Massage by its nature is nurturing and healing. And, when combined with skillfully applied techniques, it is an effective tool for gaining balance and health.

I strive to be a partner with my clients in working together towards better health, allowing greater ease and comfort in their lives.

I enjoy taking continuing education classes to challenge myself, hone my skills and enhance my ability to meet my clients' needs. I have an active lifestyle and eagerly share outdoor activities with my children and grandchildren.
